Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Local Life. By engaging with any of our offerings — including but not limited to print and digital advertising, vendor markets, networking events, family or branding photoshoots — you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our work and the planning required to deliver high-quality marketing, photography, and event experiences, all payments made to Local Life are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Print or digital advertising placements

  • Vendor market booth fees

  • Tickets to networking or special events

  • Branding, family, or business photography sessions

  • Any sponsorship or promotional packages

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

For services such as photography sessions:

  • Rescheduling may be allowed at our sole discretion and only when adequate notice is provided.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is not an obligation of Local Life.

  • If rescheduling is offered, it is a one-time courtesy. Additional rescheduling or cancellations forfeit the session and payment.

Vendor Markets & Events

Vendor spots and event tickets are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another date or individual. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency across all participants and to allow us to plan events effectively. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Local Life, affected parties will be notified with options specific to that situation.

Force Majeure

Local Life shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, venue changes, acts of God, public health emergencies, or governmental restrictions. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Acknowledgement of Policy

By making payment to Local Life in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your payment serves as acceptance of these terms.
