Hey Kass! As an introduction to readers, what key aspects or unique features would you want someone to know about your business that is just encountering your brand for the first time?
"Hi! With every creation we provide, you can rest assure it is made with love and care. We curate spreads using fresh ingredients that are sure to satisfy even your pickiest guest. All charcuterie creations include something for everyone to enjoy!"
That's great! For readers who may be curious about the origins of your business, could you share a personal moment that sparked the idea and journey toward entrepreneurship?
"I am a wife and mother of two toddler daughters and I've always been a creative soul. As a proud Boricua-- I love to host and make food! After having my second baby, I truly just wanted to find a way to refill my cup and recharge my extrovert battery. I enjoyed creating charcuterie boards for friends and family and decided one day that I would take myself and the craft more seriously. And thus began this crazy and fun journey!"
How great it is to turn your craft into your business! Amidst the milestones of your business, which accomplishments do you hold closest to heart, and what lessons have they imparted?
"An accomplishment I hold near to my heart is participating in the Hitched Wedding giveaway. Being able to do such a special thing for such a deserving couple was truly so special. It is a labor of love the work I do, but I was so excited to do it all because I knew it would be appreciated!"
Your passion for giving back is truly inspiring! What core values or principles do you prioritize in your business practices, and how do they shape decision-making?
"I prioritize the customer experience above all. From the moment you discover me, consult with me, book with me, get your service, and after-- I want it to be positive and something you look forward to doing time and time again. My decisions always keep in mind the client and how I can best make them happy and allow them to be confident in my abilities to provide them a service they will truly enjoy."
You're right, exceptional customer service is key today! If you could offer one piece of wisdom to aspiring business owners, what would it be?
"If I could offer one piece of advice to someone aspiring to start their own business, I would tell them to trust their gut and know they are capable of more than they give themselves credit. There will be plenty of ups and downs-- but trust that you have the tools to handle it and come through on the other side. Just do it! Its a journey worth traveling."
I love your positivity and encouragement for others to take the leap! Lastly, envisioning the future, what strategic initiatives or opportunities excite you most about the continued growth and evolution of your business?
"I am most excited about the growth and reach of my business within the market and the opportunity to meet and work with new companies/people. I would love to see my business featured in local blogs or other media. Ultimately, the aspiration is to work toward a brick and mortar store!"
